After 5 unsuccessful attempts to log in to your Flight account, the account will be locked.

If you are not a Flight Administrator, you can try resetting password by clicking “Forget Password” to reactivate your account. You can also contact your Admin to make your account accessible after locking.

If you are a Flight Administrator, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. It will be able to be accessed again after the 30 minutes duration.
