To add files to Portals:



 1) Go to the Settings page and click the appropriate Portals icon for the existing Portal.




2) Under the "Content" section, click Add.





3) Folders and albums from the main tenant will be displayed. Click the folders and albums to be added.



4) Click Ok to add the folders and/or albums.



Note: Only files from the Main Library that are marked as “Approved” are accessible in portals.
